FedEx Barrier Wall
Memphis, Tennessee
The Fed Ex project located at the Memphis International Airport required a barrier wall between the road and the airport for added security and safety. Over 120 precast columns and 500 walls (8” thick precast wall panels) were used to create the barrier structure.
Cane Ridge High School
Antioch, Tennessee
The new Cane Ridge High School, located in Antioch, Tennessee, required special design considerations in order to achieve the radius atrium area on the second floor of the school.
Ark Encounter Museum

Fairfield Inn & Suites Downtown Nashville
Nashville, Tennessee
Located in Downtown Nashville, the access and construction process for the Fairfield Inn & Suites project was a challenge. We had to build the hotel first and then the parking deck behind it.
Knoxville Hampton Inn
Knoxville, Tennessee
The use of this system in combination with other redesign inputs reduced the overall height of the structure 1 foot below the city’s high rise code. This yielded additional savings in smoke detection, fire suppression, fireproofing, elevator design, and reduced the requirements for emergency stand-by power.
Ironworks Mixed Use Development
Indianapolis, Indiana
Ironworks of Keystone is a five-story mixed use development including underground parking, street-level restaurants and shops and 120 luxury residential apartments. The underground parking was able to be extended beneath the surface parking lot, sidewalks, and interior first floor podium level.
Stratford at Kenwood Flats
Cincinnati, Ohio
The precast system was a great solution to allow for this 4 story building above the garage. Precast concrete provided design flexibility to eliminate shear walls and hold down hardware through the garage area, which opened up drive and parking areas.
