James Lawson High School is a three-story, 300,000 square foot facility on 274 acres in Nashville’s Bellevue Neighborhood, serving 1,600 students across four academic academies. The LEED Gold Certified school emphasizes design and sustainability with 11,600 square feet of green roofing, solar panels, and six courtyards. At its heart is the Student Commons, which fronts a two-story library and is flanked by two grand staircases.
