“Located in Downtown Nashville, the access and construction process for the Fairfield Inn & Suites project was a challenge. We had to build the hotel first and then the parking deck behind it. The critical preplanning and coordination by the precast producer allowed for a successfully quick erection process with few field adjustments and short overall project duration. Using precast components allowed us to start construction on site while precast design was being finalized. This helped us maintain a much more aggressive timeline versus traditional cast-in-place concrete systems.“
