The Wedgewood Avenue project is a mixed use 150 unit apartment building built on a 172 space, 2 story parking garage podium. An additional two-story retail space and resident lobby are built around the garage. The second level features two amenity spaces with views onto the pool deck which sits above the precast concrete podium. The roof deck extends into the apex of the building structure. and creates a more intimate courtyard experience.
